We will match any legitimate competitor's prices with written proof.  If you find a lower price on any of the equipment that we carry we will match that price!!! *

* Unfortunately we have found companies that employ "bait & switch" tactics.  They advertise lower prices on equipment that they do not carry or do not have in stock in order to receive inquiries and then attempt to switch the customer to another brand. We reserve the right to examine any offer to insure that it is the exact same machine with the exact same terms and conditions.  We reserve the right to evaluate the terms and validity of their price offers to determine if a competitor is lowering the price on their machine and increasing the shipping costs.   We will match the offer provided that the shipping costs and methods are in line with standards set by Swirled Ice Frozen Beverages for a safe and timely delivery.

Written proof can consist of:

1. A website address of known competitor showing lower pricing & shipping terms. (Availability must be verified)

2. A copy of sales circular or flyer showing lower pricing & terms.

3. The forwarding of a valid e-mail offer from competitor. (must be able to verify)
